Account Overview

When you sign in to your Genio Admin account, you'll see an overview of your account and quick access to common tasks.

To return to the home page at any time, click the Genio logo (1) in the top left.

Your home page shows:

1. Licences: each of your Genio products and how many seats you have available, for example, "12 available out of 50". If your account has no seat limit, you'll see "Unlimited seats available". Click Invite Users to invite new users.
2. Bulk Actions: invite or deactivate lots of users at once using a CSV file.
   • Invite: see Bulk Invites
   • Deactivate: see Bulk Deactivate Access
