Getting Started with Present
- Sign into your Present account at app.genio.co/present
- From the Rehearsal's screen click the New Rehearsal button
3. Set your Goal for this session (or click continue to skip)
- Set up your recording and give your Rehearsal a title; this helps you keep track of your practice sessions
Tip - Add something to keep track of the order of your rehearsals. eg Take 1,2,3... or Session 1,2,3
- If you've got a time limit for your presentation then set the Timer this will help you keep on track
- If you want to record yourself presenting then hit the camera icon to start your camera
- If you want to capture slides or a presentation on screen then click the presentation icon to start sharing your screen
- When you're ready click the Start Recording button
- When you've finished click the Stop button
Important - If you're sharing your screen with Present, then make sure to stop recording in Present first and then stop sharing your screen last.
- Set how confident you were in delivering your prevention, this allows you to keep track on your progress
Once you've competed your rehearsal you can review the recording to capture notes about the session, view your transcript, generate automated insights or share the session to get someone else's feedback.
