Creating a Rehearsal
Once you've created a new Rehearsal and set your Goals you'll need to set up what you want to capture.
Step 1 - Give your rehearsal a title. This allows you to easily keep track of your practice session.
Tip - Add something to keep track of the order of your rehearsals. eg Take 1,2,3... or Session 1,2,3
Step 2 - Set the Timer to make sure you keep on track.
Step 3 (optional) - Click the Camera icon if you want to record yourself delivering the presentation.
Step 4 (optional) - Click the Presentation icon if you want to capture your screen showing your slides
Step 5 - When you're ready to start, click the Start Recording button, to start capturing your audio
