Add Labels in a Flash with Quick Notes
Note – This guide applies to Genio Notes on your browser, desktop app, and new mobile app 📱.
As the interface is responsive, the layout may appear slightly different depending on your screen size or device, but the functionality remains the same.
The goal for Genio is simple, distraction-free note-taking.
If to you that means engaging in the moment without typing any notes, then Quick Notes is for you.
With Quick Notes, you can add labels and images to your feed with a single click or key press.
So you can pick out key moments without typing a word.
Turning on Quick Notes
To turn on Quick Notes, toggle the switch on the top right of the text input box:

With Quick Notes:
- The text box disappears.
- You can instantly post any label to your Feed with either:
- A single mouse click

A simple keyboard shortcut, as detailed below:

Turning off Quick Notes
To exit Quick Notes, just toggle the switch to off.
