Insights

Your Genio Admin Portal shows you data on how your Organisation subscription is being used.

To access your insights click the Eye icon on the left hand panel:

The Data

The insights page is made of of several different panels. The data is pulled live from our database every time you view the page, so it will always be up to date. And the page will show you the last 180 days of usage.

Licences Utilised - This is the percentage of seats on your account that are either Signed Up or Invited. Users who have expired account, or have had their invites withdrawn are not included.

Classes Created - This is the number of individual Events created by your users.

Classes Viewed - This is the number of Events that have been opened by your users.
