How Much Audio can I Have in an Event?
TLDR: As much as you want – there is no maximum.
Your Genio Notes Event can contain your recorded audio/video, imported audio/video or a combination of both.
Important - The more audio you have in your Event the more work your device needs to do, which can cause lower spec devices to struggle. So it's still recommended to keep your Events shorter and have more of them, rather than combining multiple sessions into one single Event.

For devices that only meet our minimum spec, we would advise keeping each Event to around 1-1.5 hours of audio.
Important – Video recording/import is only currently available to certain organisations. If you don't see this option, it would not be available to you.
Recorded Audio and Video Limits
You can record as much as you need; however, Genio will pause recording every 4 hours to make sure you still want to continue. Just resume recording to capture even more audio or video visuals for your Event.
Imported Audio and Video Limits
When importing audio or video files, you are limited by the file duration; you can import files up to 3 hours long.
You can import as many files as you want (one at a time).
