Withdraw an Invitation

If you have sent out an invitation by mistake or simply want to stop a user signing up to Genio you can withdraw their invitation.

Tip - If the user has already signed up to Genio then see this article about removing their access

  1. Find their name on your Dashboard
  2. Click the Action Menu (three dots) next to their name
  3. Select Withdraw invitation

The user will not be able to use the link in their invitation email to sign-up to Genio. Please note that they will not be told that the invitation was withdrawn.

The user will still be listed on your dashboard with the status "Invite Withdrawn" (you'll need to tick the 'Show Expired' box, to see these users). 

Re-inviting a User

If you want to re-invite the user to Genio, click the Action Menu (three dots) next to their name and select 'Resend Invitation'
