Your chosen Equipment Supplier will either send you an invite to set up your account, or send you a Licence Key for Genio (they won't do both).
If you receive the invite email from us, simply click the link in the invitation to set up your Genio account.
If you receive a Licence Key then you can go to https://app.genio.co/redeem/ to redeem your Licence.
Important - If you haven't received an invitation or Licence Key, then you should first contact your DSA equipment supplier. We don't get any details about your award so cannot send these out ourselves.
- Sign into Genio at: https://app.genio.co/
Click your account icon in the top right of Genio and click your name to access your Plan Details:
- You can then see your Plan details:
The Plan tab contains the following info about your Genio account:
- Your Plan: Confirms you're on our Genio for DSA plan.
- Provider: Name of your DSA equipment supplier.
- Administrator: Contact email for your DSA equipment supplier who set up your account
- Expiration Date: This is when your Genio access is scheduled to expire. ( N.B. For DSA customers this will be 4 years from your invitation to use Genio)
Your Genio account is linked to your email address. Only you can can manage your account, and we will only help with account details when you contact us from that email address.
Your DSA Equipment Supplier does not have access to any of your Genio data. They cannot access the audio that you have recorded or see any of your text notes. The only information they see is whether you have accepted your invitation.
Your Equipment supplier does not see any of the usage statistics that our College and University customers see.
When your DSA access comes to an end, you will lose the ability to create new Events. You'll have read-only access for a short time and then have up to 12 months to set up a personal subscription to regain full access to Genio and all your Events.
