How do I reset my Genio Admin password?

Forgotten your password? 

It happens to the best of us!

Still none the wiser? Just follow the steps below to reset your password:

1. Click the Forgotten Password link on the Genio Admin Sign in page.
2. Enter your email address in the Email box. Make sure to type your email address carefully!
3. Click Submit.
4. You'll receive a password reset email - just click the link to reset your password.

N.B. Your password will be updated for both Genio and Genio Admin.

Know your password, but want to change it?

There's currently no way to change your password from within Genio Admin or Genio. To change your password to something else:

1. Click the account icon in the top right and Sign out of Genio Admin (and Genio)
2. Follow the steps above to reset your password.
