How Do I Export or Share Notes?

Note - This guide applies to Genio Notes on your browser, desktop app and new mobile app 📱

Important- It's not currently possible to download your audio recordings outside of Genio Notes.

There are 2 ways you can export notes you've created in Genio Notes:

1. Copy your notes

Click the three-dot menu at the top of your Feed within an Event, and you'll see a Copy Notes option.

Clicking 'Copy Notes' will copy all of the notes in your Feed to your clipboard.

Just open your preferred program - Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Dropbox Paper - and paste your notes in.

Your digital copy contains a link back to your Event in Genio, so you can quickly return to your Event if needed.

Want to have a printed copy of your notes to read on the bus, or share with a classmate? Enter Reading view to print your notes.

Click the Study Tool Button in the top right corner of your Event

Select Reading view and then click the Print Icon in the top right:

You'll see a print-ready version of your notes (complete with slides, if you've added any).

Click Print to print your notes either on paper, or digitally as a PDF.

Individual accounts and Licence Key accounts

Users with Individual or License key accounts (including DSA) can share Events. The recipient must have their own Genio Notes account.

Organisation accounts

Your sharing options are determined by your Genio Administrator.
