Status Filters and Status History

To help you manage your users more effectively, you can set filters for both the User and Invite tabs and review the Status History for individual users. This is the fastest way to track engagement and monitor or locate the users you need.

Setting your Filters


Open the filter options side tab by clicking the filter icon:

Filter by Group

You can choose to filter by created groups. Visit https://help.genio.co/article/333-user-groups for more details on User Groups.


Filter by Activity

You can choose to filter by user activity. By default, the ranges are set as follows:

Last Active Filter Range
Active Users who have been active in the last 2 weeks.
At Risk Users who have been active between 2 and 4 weeks ago.
Inactive Users who have not been active in the last 4 weeks
No Data User has  created an account, but has not logged any activity

Note - 'Active' and 'Inactive' ranges can be customised. Click here for more details on setting preferred ranges.

Filter by Status


You have different options depending on whether you are using the Users or Invites tabs and whether you have the Show Expired check box selected.


Available options:

User Tab Invites Tab
Signed Up Invited
Expired Invite Expired

Invite Withdrawn

Filter by product (multi-product organisations)


If you are a multi-product organisation, you will see an additional option to filter by product (Notes, Presents) when viewing your Genio users or invites lists:

Editing 'Last Active' Ranges


You can customise the Last Active ranges for 'Active' and 'Inactive' filters to create specific timeframes that work best for you.


Simply click 'Edit ranges' :

On the pop-up tab, set your desired timeframes:

Click' Reset to Default'  to revert the ranges to the original settings that are outlined above

Note - The changes you make here are unique to your own Admin account. Each Admin can edit and save their own custom settings!


Status History


You can see the account history for any of your users; you can see when they were invited (and by whom), as well as when they accepted their invitation and signed up to Genio.

You can access this by either clicking on the user's status:

Or by clicking the three dots next to the user's name and selecting View Status History

User Search Results


When searching for a user, results may be found elsewhere. The Genio Admin portal will display the relevant results found in either tab. This ensures that whether a user is fully registered or still in the invitation phase, you can quickly find their account and understand their current status at a glance:
