Can I change the name on my account?
You have control over your 'preferred name' on your Genio account.
If you were invited to use Genio by your College, University or another organisation then they might have initially set your preferred name on your account, but using the steps below you can change this. Note that the people managing your Genio access will be able to see the name you set.
How to change your preferred name.
- Sign into your Genio account at https://app.genio.co/
- Select the Account icon in the top right of Genio
Click your name
- You can now change your Preferred Name
- Hit Save Changes
