Access expired
You will have to speak with your Institution's Genio Admin and ask to be invited to their Genio account.
You will then receive an email from us (hello@genio.co) inviting you to use Genio. Simply click the link in the invitation to set up your Genio account.
N.B. The Invitation email can only be used to set up your account. Once you have done this you will need to go to https://app.genio.co/ to sign into your account; you cannot use the invitation as a shortcut to Genio.

- Click your name to see information about your Genio access
The Plan tab
- To see further account details, switch to the Plan tab:
The Plan tab contains the following info about your Genio account and your provider:
- Account Provider: Name of the institution which manages your Genio access.
Account Administrator: Contact email for your institution's Genio administrator.
This is a good place to start if you have any questions about your access.
Account Expiration Date: This is when your Genio access is scheduled to expire.
( N.B. Your Genio Administrator reserves the right to alter your account expiration date, and/or remove your access without prior warning).
Your Genio Admin does not have access to any of your Events. They cannot access the audio that you have recorded or see any of your text notes.
You Genio Admin does see some data around when you access and use Genio, such as the date and time that you last opened an Event.
Your Genio Admin can expire your access. You will lose the ability to create new Events, but you'll keep access to all your content. You'll have read-only access for 90 days and have up to 12 months to set up a personal subscription to regain full access to Genio and all your Events.
When your institution-provided Genio access ends, you'll continue to see Provider details on the Plan tab.
You may want to contact your Account Admin to discuss your access.
You will also see the option to Switch to a Personal Plan.
