Can I Change My Sign-in Email?

You can now change the email address that you use to sign in to your Genio account.

Info - If you've been invited to use Genio by your college or university, your login email for Genio is assigned by the Genio Administrator at your institution so it's worth checking with them before you change it.

To change the email address linked to your Genio account, follow the steps below

  1. Open the burger Menu (three lines) in the top right
  2. Expand the Account section
  3. Click your name to access your profile :

  1. Click the 'change email' button :

  1. Enter your password:

  1. Enter your new email address:

  1. Follow up on the verification email and click the 'Confirm Email' option:
