How do I Reset my Password?
Forgotten your password?
It happens to the best of us!
Just follow the steps below to reset it:
- Click the Forgotten Password link on the Genio Sign In page (see below), or navigate to https://app.genio.co/account/forgot-password
- Enter your email address in the Email box. Make sure to type your email address carefully!
- Click Submit.
- You'll receive a password reset email immediately - just click the link to reset your password.
Important - Once you get your reset email you only have 20 minutes to click the link and create your new password.
Info - If your organisation requires you to sign in with SSO, you can’t reset a Genio password. You’ll see the message “Your organisation requires you to sign in with SSO. Please sign in via SSO instead.” when you try to set a new password.
Go back to the sign-in page and select Sign in with SSO instead.
Tip - If you are automatically signed into your Genio account, and want to change your password just click the account icon in the top right and sign out - you'll then be able to select Forgotten Password.
